Medicare Data Validation
Have you already completed your selection process for your Sponsoring Organization's (SO) 2018 Medicare Data Validation contractor (DVC)? For the 2017 contract year CMS has indicated that a SO may select a DVC at any time, up to and during the April through June DV review period. SOs should implement the contract to allow sufficient time for the DVC to perform all of the requirements of the review during the required timeframe and submit findings to CMS via the PRDVM in HPMS by June 30. We highly recommend that you implement your contract as early as possible. Current Attest DV clients receive valuable year-round DV updates and information related to ongoing DV audit changes and insight.
